OMD solid panels are fabricated from 1100, 3003, or 5052 aluminum alloy, using CNC cutting, folding, and welding to meet unique façade geometries. Panels can be perforated, curved, or shaped with 3D detailing. Reinforced ribs on the back ensure flatness and impact resistance.
Surface finishes include PVDF fluorocarbon coating, powder coating, or anodizing, offering weather protection and color options in RAL or custom shades. Mounting systems are designed for easy installation with hidden or exposed fasteners. Suitable for exterior and interior use in high-performance buildings.
