OMD Aluminum Façade panels are fabricated from high-grade aluminum alloy sheets (3003, 5052, or 1100 series), available in various thicknesses depending on structural and aesthetic requirements. Each panel undergoes CNC-controlled cutting, bending, and welding, ensuring dimensional accuracy and clean edges.
The panel surface is treated with PVDF fluorocarbon coating, powder coating, or anodizing for long-term color retention and UV resistance. OMD panels are available in flat, perforated, curved, or 3D shapes, offering maximum flexibility in architectural expression. Their light weight reduces the load on building structures, and the concealed sub-frame mounting system simplifies installation and enhances façade integrity.
